Lauren Bentley is a New York City based photographer, with a background in film directing. Using both digital and film formats, her work ranges from urban and nature scapes to human form and portrait photography.
-STATEMENT-
As a photographer, my cinematic background has led me to see the world as a series of narrative moments. While creating images that often evoke a sense of nostalgia, I strive to capture the drama, mystery, emotion, and enchantment of the world around me. By wrapping my reality within these ideas, my photographs become memories I've never had.
I am available for portrait shoots, model/actor portfolios, band photography, CD/book covers/promotional materials, photo editing/retouching and more.
